1) David Bowie, Changes
When I was a little kid, I loved listening to my brother's music when he wasn't at home. My favorite to listen to from his collection was David Bowie, and I especially loved the song Changes. I may have been the only little kid listening to Bowie, but I loved his songs, and still do. And I love singing "Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes..."
I've always loved these lyrics:

I've been a fan of Tracy Chapman since her first album back in the 80s, and I love her song Change. You know how sometimes you get in a mood to listen to a song all the time, and it seems to always have a home on your playlist? That was how I was with this song last year for a while. And, it ended up being inspiring to me, and helped me take steps towards reaching my goals and making changes. For that reason, it will always be special to me.

3) The Indigo Girls, Closer to Fine
I first discovered the Indigo Girls back when I was in college, and I was a big fan. I think they both have great voices, and I love their harmonizing. I kind of forgot about them for a long time, and didn't listen to their songs for years, but re-discovered them a few years ago.
Closer to Fine is one of those songs that just makes me feel good when I listen to it, and I always find myself singing along when I hear it. It's another song where I really like all the lyrics, but I always found this part easy to relate to:
