Tagged!

I was tagged last week by the wonderful Brenda Sills at The Startled Spyglass. This is the first time I've been tagged, so I can add this to my list of "firsts" for June. Thanks for thinking of me, Brenda!

Now I'm supposed to answer the following:

1) Do you think you're hot?

I know I am at the moment, as we are having a heat wave and the ac is broken at work. Every day when I leave work, I look like I've been at the beach, except that I'm wearing work clothes! I hate heat and humidity, and I'm not a happy camper.

2) Upload a pic you're using at the moment


I'm not actually using this pic for anything, but it's so nice to look at, I couldn't resist uploading it. I know I mentioned in my Giveaway post that I'm a fan of True Blood, and that is even more true now after seeing this photo of Alexander Skarsgard, who plays the vampire Eric Northman, in the latest issue of Vogue. Oh my!

3) When was the last time you ate chicken?

I honestly don't know. I like chicken, but I can't think of when I've eaten it recently. But I can tell you that my favorite chicken dish is chicken curry. I'm supposed to be going out to eat at a local Indian restaurant this weekend, and I know this is what I'll order. I love, love, love curry.


4) What songs have you listened to recently?

Fallen Angels, by my nephew's band Black Veil Brides (so proud of him!), Backstreets by Bruce Springsteen, Wild World by Cat Stevens, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For by U2, If I Only Wanted To by Melissa Etheridge, Holiday by Green Day, Fast Car by Tracy Chapman

5) What are you thinking about while doing this?

I'm thinking about the lucky souls I'm going to tag when I am done. :D

6) Do you have any nicknames?

Not really, although some family members call me Jules and Julius. And I've also been called Orange Julius, after the beverage stands.

    My favorite was your answer to #5! Thanks for thinking of me as one of the "lucky souls!" The funny thing is that it would take a normal person about 5 minutes to post awards and include signature lines, but at this rate, we'll probably be shoveling snow, before I get it out!     @Jules, thanks! Ha ha, yeah, Jules is not exactly the most original nickname in the world. :D

    @LG, I think I may just steal your Ipod ;), as mine is on its last legs. I keep trying to nurse it back to health, but I think it's time to give in and get a new one. Glad you liked the picture!

    I'm working on getting my blogs and followers organized after the A to Z Challenge. I'm glad I found yours again. Anyway, I would love to read all the blogs from the challenge, but I have to think about it. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed at the end of April.

    @Canyon Girl, I know just what you mean, I felt overwhelmed at the end of April as well even though I loved the Challenge. I hope I will be able to visit all the blogs over the summer, I know I missed a lot of great ones.
