Readers have said:
"A fascinating tale of adventure, danger and self
discovery. You will not want to put this one down as you are drawn into the
quest for something as unknown and distant as a reoccurring, puzzling and
incomprehensible dream."
“Full of exciting situations, humor, and a good look at the human psyche of a labyrinth prisoner, this book pulls you in, and doesn't let you go until the very end.” ~ Desert Rose Reviews
"The Author created a very in depth world that left me even
more curious about it."
Fun Fact:
When the Author was asked to describe her feelings about
the protagonist in The Labyrinth Wall…
“The protagonist, Araina, is easy for me to relate to.
She has trust issues, and I’ve been there before. Also, in writing her
character, I enjoyed exploring her lack of context and back story… basically a
lack of belonging and no memories. For me she’s interesting to follow because I
often struggle with memories and if I’m not careful to watch my attitude, a
sense of not belonging can creep over me too.”

Congratulations, Kimberly!
ReplyDeleteI'd get lost in that maze even with a map.
And Godzilla is my favorite monster.
A pity I didn't hear about this sooner. Looks like a fun bloghop to participate in. Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteAn amazing idea, Julie, very clever! Happy New Year! Carole.
ReplyDeleteSorry I missed the sign-up for the hop. I grabbed my copy, though. My goal is to read more books in 2014. Congrats, Emilyann!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great map. And Emilyann's answer about her character was wonderful. I get a good sense of who she is and what the book is about just from that.
ReplyDeleteThis is a clever promotion! Yes, vampires are wonderful monsters. Now I'm more curious about Polar Night.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year
Here's to a great launch and lots of success with your book. Loved the labyrinth map.
ReplyDeleteGot my free copy. Damn this book is popping up everywhere.
ReplyDeleteGot my free copy, just in time for my new Kindle! I've always loved vampires, too.
ReplyDeleteEmilyann is painting the town in Labyrinth colors! Wishing her much success!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea there were evil vampires in Polar night. Now I really want to read it!!
Just downloaded 'The Labyrinth Wall' - thanks for the information, Julie. I'll try to get to it asap.
ReplyDeleteVampires are such a classic monster! Not surprised at all that you picked them. ;)
ReplyDeleteNot a huge vamp fan. I'm figuring they have stinky breath and cold hands...neither is very attractive! I'd cuddle up with a warm werewolf first...I'm used to dog breath!
ReplyDeleteJulie:
ReplyDeleteVampires are a great pick Julie! Ever since I saw Interview with a Vampire (then read the book), I've been hooked =) Thank you so very much for your help with this event. So glad you could join the party =)
Alex - Nice, Godzilla is a great pick!
Vanessa - Who knows, maybe there will be more monster partys in the future ;)
Carole - Julie is clever, isn't she?
Susan - I'm so glad you could grab the book. I hope you enjoy!
Emily - Thank you about the map and as a writer your comment about the response to the protagonist question makes me so happy. Thank you for the king words.
TBM - Thank you =-)
Cleemckenzie - Thank you so much =)
Sheena-Kay - Thank you for checking out the book =-) Hope you enjoy the read.
Sarah - Thank you for grabbing a copy. Enjoy it =-)
Lexa - Thank you for the good luck wishes =). I really appreciate that.
Fanny - Thank you for checking out my book. I hope you really enjoy it :)
Heather - Agreed, who doesn't love vampires?
Elizabeth - That's pretty funny stuff "I'm used to dog breath." I'd keep lots of garlic around ;)
Congratulations to Kimberly. The book sounds amazing. I don't exactly LIKE any monsters, but as Julie, I guess Vampires, evil and sparkly are up there on my list of evils...
ReplyDeleteI got my copy of the book. Can't wait to read it!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your new relaease, Emilyann! That is one incredible maze! Julie, I loved the handsome and evil vampire in Polar Night!
